About the Founder – Russell Bush Russell Bush is the founder of The Bush House, a nonprofit organization committed to supporting incarcerated individuals, returning citizens, and the families who serve time alongside them through separation, hardship, and hope. Having experienced incarceration himself, Russell understands firsthand the challenges of rebuilding a life after prison. Rather than allowing his past to define him, he chose to let it become the foundation of his purpose. His mission is to help men and women successfully transition back into society by providing guidance, resources, mentorship, and opportunities that promote stability, accountability, and personal growth. Russell believes that every person deserves a second chance and that successful reentry requires more than freedom—it requires support, compassion, and a community willing to believe in people. Through The Bush House, he is dedicated to breaking the cycle of incarceration, strengthening families, and restoring hope one life at a time. The Bush House exists to remind every returning citizen that their past does not determine their future. With faith, determination, and the right support system, a new beginning is possible.

President | Co-founder
I am a devoted wife, mother and entrepreneur with a passion to serve God by serving others. I am committed to upholding integrity, compassion, and excellence in my work. Alongside my husband, I am co-founder and President of The Bush House Incorporated, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals, strengthening families, and bringing hope to the communities we serve. My faith in Jesus Christ is the foundation of everything I do. I believe that God has called each of us to use our gifts to make a difference, and I strive to be a faithful servant. True success is measured not only by what we accomplish but by how faithfully we answer God's call to love, serve, and uplift others. It is my prayer that every opportunity entrusted to me brings glory to God and leaves a lasting, positive impact on the lives of those I encounter.
